Readiness Review
We evaluate your Claude deployment, your team's fluency, your AI policies, your systems, and your connectors. You get back a clear picture of where you are and a roadmap for what to do next. Most engagements start with a 30-minute discovery call to see if there's a fit.

Foundation & Proof of Value
We set up Claude Teams the right way: governance, connectors, budget, feature configuration. We build your first cohort of changemakers, 3–5 people with private onboarding, real workflows, and 1–2 automated tasks. By the end of this phase, you have deployed proof that Claude delivers for your business.
03
Scale & Train
The foundation worked. Now we bring everyone else along. Training is role-specific and built on the workflows your changemakers already proved: Cowork for all knowledge workers, Code for developers, and the Certified Claude Architect track for your technical leads.

CCA-F Prep

For technical professionals who want to build with Claude and earn Anthropic's official certification. Solutions architects, sys admins, network engineers, data professionals, sales engineers, technical account managers, and developers. You'll learn agent architecture, MCP integration, and Claude Code following Anthropic's standards. The CCA-F exam is currently in private preview.

Antfluent is led by Gabriel Velazquez, Anthropic's first go-to-market lead and applied AI solutions architect at AWS. From 2024 to April 2026, Gabriel launched every Claude product that reached enterprise. He built AWS's global technical guild of Claude specialists trained across the globe. He designed the Claude Code production guidance adopted by over 1,200 companies. He left AWS to bring that knowledge home.
